Steve holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and both a B.A. and M.Arch from Yale University. In addition to leading Platform, Steve acts as President for his family’s office, Ybarra Investments, Inc. Prior to Platform, Steve previously worked in both development and architecture capacities at Trammell Crow Company (Houston), Tamarkin Co. (New York), and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (New York). He was previously licensed as an architect and real estate salesperson in New York State.

Hilary holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.Arch from Yale University. Prior to Platform, Hilary worked as an architect with a focus on large-scale, mixed-use projects and masterplans. She worked most recently at Gensler (Houston); Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (New York); and Weiss Manfredi (New York). She has also taught architecture and urbanism at Yale University, Parsons the New School for Design, and the University of Pennsylvania. She is a previously licensed architect and pending real estate salesperson in the state of Texas.
