is a design-forward real estate development and investment group that focuses on mixed-use, urban infill projects based in Houston, Texas.

Design Forward

We leverage the power of design to create enduring value in real estate, avoiding status quo solutions and introducing alternatives that enhance our properties and their surrounding neighborhoods. Whether by taking a fresh perspective on city codes and requirements, selecting forward-thinking architects and designers, or engaging with the local arts community, Platform strives to continuously improve the urban landscape through each of our developments.

Context Driven

We craft vibrant urban places which respect and contribute to the rich context of their existing neighborhoods. Every Platform development uniquely enriches and capitalizes on its immediate environment, while also contributing to the larger architectural landscape of the city. We consider the long-term existence and ramifications of our buildings and tailor each to its surroundings.

For every project, we work to bring together a wide range of viewpoints and expertise, seeking out innovative architects, artists, designers, entrepreneurs, businesses and vendors. Each development is enhanced by a distinctive combination of ideas, people and uses, generating unexpected synergies and rich urban experiences.
